^{Ssembatya Shafiq is a passionate filmmaker, digital marketing professional, and entrepreneur who has made a significant mark in the Ugandan film industry. Born and raised in the suburb of Najjanankumbi, Uganda, Ssembatya's journey is a testament to perseverance, creativity, and dedication to his craft After completing his studies in computer engineering, Ssembatya ventured into the world of filmmaking in 2008. His debut project as a director was the film Ekimansa Naku by Semakula Musa under the banner of Kello Film. Two years later, in 2010, he produced his first film, EKIBA KIBE  which premiered at Theatre La Bonita, one of Uganda's prominent cultural venues.}
